All projects are executed based on signed project-specific scopes of work (SOW).

2. User Agreements & Account Security

If you use any customer portal or system provided by us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all source code, assets, UI designs, and database architectures developed by Mr. Das Developers remain our intellectual property until the final project invoice is cleared. Upon full payment receipt, ownership of custom-developed software assets will transfer to the client.

4. Payment Terms & Refund Policy

Project payments are structured according to milestones defined in our contract agreement. In the event of project cancellation by the client, refund eligibility is governed by the specific terms in the project contract. We offer a 100% refund policy if specified expectations outlined in our service agreements are not met as per initial mutual milestones.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Mr. Das Developers Pvt Ltd be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including business loss, profit loss, or data corruption) arising out of the use of our services, website, or custom software developments.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of West Bengal, India, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata for the resolution of any disputes.
